Our Role:  Assessment of plans and documentation for compliance against the BCA and NCC, issue of the building permit, undertake all mandatory inspections and issue of Occupancy Permit / Final Certificate upon completion of works.

Description of Works:  Proposed change of use, alterations & extensions to an existing two-storey building including an office, public meeting room, library and public information area
